PolyJamorous is a modern Jazz/Pop fusion group reimagining the greatest hits of the past 50 years in a contemporary jazz style. Much like Jacob Collier, Dirty Loops, and Snarky Puppy-PolyJamorous’ sound is fresh and exciting while paying tribute to it’s source material in a fun and unique way.

How Did The Band Start?

PolyJamorous was formed as a response to the pandemic. Professional musicians far and wide were suddenly unemployed due to entertainment disappearing everywhere in an instant. Due to so many world-class musician’s schedules opening up, we were able to put together an experimental group with talent THROUGH THE ROOF!

Like a desert rose, PolyJamorous flourished under the drought brought on by COVID-19 and something truly remarkable was formed. The music, which stretches the limits of the most virtuosic instrumentalists, was carefully written by band leader Corey Paul, and showcases the unbelievable talents of the ensemble while still paying tribute to the radio’s most popular hits. If you’re looking for a group that play’s the top hits, but in a way that’ll leave you breathless, PolyJamorous is for you.

Who Is In The Band?

PolyJamorous is a band lead by and arranged for by trombonistist Cory Paul. The band members are Matthew Mill and Shawn Shawn Villanueva on trumpets, Kyle Schroeder, Jose Rojas, Tom Dietz, Jeremy Fratti, Alain Bradette, and Josh Senften on woodwinds. The rhythm section features John Olearchick and Aaron Lehrian on keyboards, Bobby Koelble on guitar, Montez Garner and Chuck Archard on bass, Gerald Law II on drums and R Anthony on lead vocals
